Cut my insurance off without any warning at all. Had a "payment reminder" courtesy call in which they reminded me of my payment being due but completely failed to mention anything about a cancelation. Completely unacceptable. I use my car for work, its my job and I've been driving with insurance for 5 days unbeknownst to me. Furious. And completely disappointed in this office considering I recommend you guys to everyone. Paying my bill so that I can be Insured while I look for another insurance company.

Jack has been my agent for over 20 years. Absolutely the best agent I have had. Jack has been such a blessing and huge help regarding our home and vehicles - and we've had quite a few vehicles :) Jack is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Always quick to respond to any email, call or when we needed an insurance card for a new vehicle. I highly, highly recommend him.

The state farm employees at this location is awesome they are always willing to help with any issues you have I usually hate the customer service in Waterbury but not at this location i would definitely recommend this location for all insurance needs
